| HCR 003 | State Tax Commission proposed agricultural and horticultural land values for the 1999 and 2000 assessment |
HCR 3 - The State Tax Commission is required to publish
agricultural land values to be used for assessment purposes every
two years. The General Assembly may disapprove of those values
within the first sixty days of the session following their
publication. This resolution disapproves values published by the
Commission in November, 1997.
